Can I add a special item to the basket?
Yes, any small-medium size item can be added to your basket. You will need to contact our office about more details.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
To make sure that the recipient receives their gift basket in perfect condition, we do recommend shipping to a street address, not a P.O. Box.

We do respect your privacy! We'll use your email address only to confirm your order, notify you of changes/updates to the site. We can assure you that your email address will not be forwarded or sold to any companies.

What is your return policy?
We want you and those who receive your gifts to be delighted, or we will make it right with either an appropriate replacement or a full refund. The choice will be yours.

Do you substitute items?
If the item of your choice is not available or does not meet our high standards for quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
We do not leave quality to chance and we do pick, sort, wrap and pack every gift individually, by hand-just like you'd do yourself. We also design our own custom bows. This exceptional attention to detail lets you rest assure that your order is the perfect reflection of your thoughtfulness and great taste.

Do you add alcoholic beverages to the baskets?
No, we do not include alcoholic beverages in our baskets. We can substitute with delicious sparkling juices (grape, apple) and other nonalcoholic beverages.
